Police are looking for a man who, on suspicion, instead of providing help, photographed a man who fell into a pit and then died of his injuries in Budafok.
The Budapest Police Headquarters announced on police.hu on Friday that a man was on November 6 at around 8 pm, in the XXII. At the intersection of Pék utca and Ady Endre utca in the district, under unknown circumstances, he fell headlong into a roadside pit.
Minutes later, a young man walked over to the man in the pit, but instead of helping him, he took a photo and walked on. The man in need of help was found dead in the pit the next morning.
The case was recorded by a camera and police are asking to report those who saw the young, thin, tall man wearing light pants and a light top and a long, dark coat or have any information about the case.
Police have launched an investigation into an unknown perpetrator for failing to provide assistance in the case.
